"Unlimited Posts" is a monthly subscription that costs $2.99 and automatically renews unless the subscription is canceled at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date. As the name implies, you can schedule unlimited posts on multiple accounts.

The payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

You can always cancel your subscription from your iTunes Account.
